How quickly will I get my quotation?
Within one business day for standard requests. You will receive an automatic confirmation email the moment your request arrives, so you always know it reached us.
Do I need an account to send a request?
No. Browse the catalogue, build your list and submit it with your company details — there is nothing to register for and nothing to install.
What is a minimum order quantity (MOQ)?
Some items are produced in batches, so they carry a minimum order quantity. The RFQ tool shows this before you add anything to your list. If you need less than the minimum, you can ask us to quote an available stock colour instead, or proceed with a one-off setup cost — the tool will walk you through the options.
Can I request a product that is not in the catalogue?
Yes. Add the closest match to your list and describe what you need in the notes field when you submit. Our team will come back to you with the nearest equivalent or a custom option.
Is submitting a request binding?
Not at all. A request for quotation is exactly that — a request. You are under no obligation to order, and pricing is only confirmed once you accept the quotation we send back.
